DIPLOMA OF CHILDREN’S SERVICES

BACHELOR OF EDUCATION IN EARLY CHILDHOOD (STUDYING)

Hi, my name is Brooke and I am the Centre Director.  I have had the pleasure of working in this rewarding industry for over ten years now.  During my time in the Childcare sector, I have worked across a variety of age groups ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years.

I currently hold a Diploma in Children’s Services and I am studying my Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood.

I believe that children learn through play and that it is important to support that through their day-to-day activities.  I love getting involved with the children and exploring new possibilities together.

DIPLOMA IN CHILDREN’S SERVICES

Hi my name is Allison and I currently hold my Diploma in Children’s Services and have begun studying my bachelor in Early Childhood Teaching.

I believe that we as educators build trusting relationships with children, families, educators and the local community members we invite into the centre.

to ensure everyone feels a sense of belonging to the environment. The environment will be secure caring, loving, nurturing and anti-biased, where all children will be treated equally regardless of race, religion or culture.

I will provide opportunities for children to learn through social interactions and develop and build strong relationships with educators and their peers.

Children within our care should have opportunities to explore, discover and interact with their environment, learning through play to get the best possible start in life, being who they want to be.

BACHELOR OF TEACHING (EARLY CHILDHOOD)

Hi, my name is Kerrie.  In relation to children, I aim to implement an educational program and environment that reflects both individual and group needs and one that promotes each child’s interests, culture, learning, development and individuality through play.  Where children are successful, capable and confident learners.  A place where children are comfortable and confident to engage in learning relationships with their educators and peers.  I will endeavor to help them understand that they have the right to belong and contribute to many communities and groups and that they are part of the greater world – and in so, have shared responsibility for the natural and built environments.
